My mother and I had been fighting with mint mobile for a month trying to get my already activated service to work to no avail, when we gave up we decided to go to spectrum and add my phone to her plan. The young man I believe his name was Hassan was so incredibly helpful and had us all set in 30 minutes and with perks! We are so grateful for his help he is so kind and saved us wasting anymore time with other providers! Thank you brother!

Jhared was an AMAZING associate at the Livonia Spectrum store! He definitely handled the store with knowledge and professionalism! My husband feels he deserves a merit increase for his work ethic and patience! He literally greeted everyone that entered that store! It was a pleasant experience and calm atmosphere! Keep up the GREAT personality Jhared...you're a smooth guy! P.S. this man was running the store by himself, might I add! Customers were coming in by handfuls and he managed to keep his cool 😎🫡🤩🥰 Thank You Jhared for ALL your support!🥰

I am completely amazed at the the representative who was soley on his own tending to a packed waiting room. Jhared, was cool calm, & collected as he tended to everyone's needs and concerns. He didn't rush a single person listened and moved with precision to ensure ALL questions were answered. My situation caused me to be there after hours unfortunately. Jhared didnt rush me out because it was quitting time. He stayed to ensure that everything was working as it should. I wish this young man well in his endeavors. His compassion, attitude, & work ethic will take him far. Thank you!

I just wanted to share my experience from today. I was at the store for a trade-in promotion and worked with Stephanie — apologies if I misspelled her name. I truly want to recognize her for the outstanding service she provided. She was extremely kind, patient, energetic, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process, and she made everything feel smooth and stress-free. I visited another store last week for the same process; they took about two hours there, while Stephanie completed everything in just 30 minutes. Her professionalism and efficiency really stood out to me. I also want to appreciate the manager for being willing to help when my name got removed from the waiting queue. That support meant a lot and showed great customer care. Stephanie’s smart and efficient work, along with the manager’s willingness to step in, made this a very positive experience overall.
